Taylor Swift’s new song is ridiculous—for obvious reasons.

But I just listened to the preview, and the lyric goes “you would hide away and find your piece of mind / with some indie record that’s much cooler than mine“ which she sings in a ironic/sarcastic voice.

But the thing is, that indie record IS much cooler than yours.
